We encourage on-site vendors of all types. You can download an application along with rules and regulations. Tents, signs, tables and other equipment are the responsibility of individual vendors. Vendor booth space is limited, so please make your request well in advance. The deadline is September 1, 2015.

IRONSTONE CONCOURS & IRONSTONE VINEYARDS EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
CRITERIA OF ACCEPTANCE: Booth presentation, photo and requirements as determined by Ironstone Concours Foundation.
EVENT HOURS: Setup will be available on Saturday, 9 24, 2016, Friday, September 25, 2015, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Show opens at 10:00am on Saturday, September 26, 2015. Vehicles will not be allowed within the venue between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on the day of the event. All booths are to remain open until 4:30 p.m.
EXHIBIT DISPLAY: All displays should be presented in a professional manner. All tables should be neatly covered and in good condition. NO “SALE” OR “DISCOUNT” BANNERS ALLOWED.
SECURITY: Ironstone Vineyards will provide roaming security guards during the event; however, vendors are solely responsible and liable for the safety and security of their exhibits.
INSURANCE/LIABILITY: If desired by the vendor, insurance must be obtained by him/her at his/her own expense. Ironstone Vineyards assumes no risk. By acceptance of this agreement the Artist/Exhibitor expressly releases Ironstone Vineyards and its partners and sponsors from any and all liability for any damage, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the rental of said exhibit space by the Artist/Exhibitor, and agrees to hold and save Ironstone Vineyards harmless of any loss or damage by reason thereof.
SALES TAX: No commissions will be taken, and applicable sales tax must be collected by the vendor on all sales. For tax information, call the State Board of Equalization at 800-400-7115.
VENDOR OPTIONS: All booth options (tables, chairs, electricity) must be ordered by September 1, 2015 or items might not be available. Extension cords will not be provided. We recommend exhibitors bring a minimum of 50-foot and preferably 100-foot extension cords.
VENDOR LOCATIONS: Vendor locations will be assigned in the order that applications are received and accepted. Confirmations will be mailed upon acceptance. All products must be sold from booth space.
CANCELLATION POLICY: This event will be held rain or shine. Absolutely no refunds. We urge vendors bring tarps to cover their assigned spaces in the event of rain.
OFF-SITE FOOD AND BEVERAGES: No off-site food or beverages are allowed.
