Regulars at the Ironstone Concours d’Elegance in Murphys, California, claim it’s one of the best-kept secrets in Northern California. If you missed Pebble Beach this year, Ironstone is the place to catch up with a wonderful array of classic and antique automobiles. The show also includes race cars, vintage trucks and motorcycles, art-deco trailers and old-timey campmobiles.

The Ironstone concours is held on the last Saturday of September on the beautiful grounds of the Ironstone Winery, just outside the historic gold-rush town of Murphys. This year, 2013, the concours will feature classes for race cars, steam- and electric-powered vehicles, plus Bentley and Rolls-Royce classics.

The Ironstone concours attracts the best and most interesting cars from around California.

Admission is $20 per adult or $35 per couple. A family of four is also admitted for $35. Children under 14 get in free. Discount coupons are available here.

The concours benefits 4-H, Future Farmers of America and the California State Fair Scholarship Fund.
